CUPCAKE GARDEN FAQ

  • Are your cupcakes baked fresh daily?
YES, I absolutely bake fresh daily. Fresh is best! If your order for pick up or delivery is for the day before the day you intend to serve/eat the cupcakes, they keep when stored properly. Store in a cool place away from direct heat and sunlight. Do not refrigerate. Preferably, placed them in an airtight container. But fresh is best of course!
  • How do I store my cupcakes and how long can they last?
You can store our cupcakes in an airtight container, in a cool place, away from direct heat and sunlight. Do not refrigerate them as the fridge sucks the moisture from the cupcakes. If stored properly, they should keep for up to 3 days. But again, fresh is best!
  • I have seen something on social media that I really like. Can you make something similar?
I can do something similar but please note that all our cupcakes and cakes are hand crafted. So no cupcakes/cakes will be exactly the same. Decorations are also based on availability. Please read artistic style disclaimer. ARTISTIC STYLE DISCLAIMER Customers may request particular decorative specifications. However all cupcakes are subject to the artistic expression of Cupcake Garden. All products are handmade and unique, so no two are ever exactly the same. As such, garnishes and decorations will change from time to time without notice depending on their availability. Where a certain styling element or decoration is unavailable, Cupcake Garden will endeavour to replace the element or decoration. Cupcake Garden will not provide a refund for a product that does not look identically like another product in a photo.
  • Can you write a personalise message on the cupcake?
I do not write on cupcakes directly. “Happy Birthday” Deco discs or signs are available for purchase if you like to include it with your order of Cupcake garden.
  • Can I pick up my order from your place?
Yes, collection at my place is available from Kusnacht. Check my locations and collecting times on the webpage.
  • How do I get refund?
Customers are entitled to a repair, replacement or in some cases, a refund only when a product is not acceptable quality. Cupcake garden takes all care and effort to ensure the integrity and the quality of all the products. All orders that leave my kitchen are created with highest care possible. • What are the payment methods?
All the cusomers can pay via Visa card, Master Card, Paypal, Twint and Bank Transfer. Payment needs to be done the same day as your order.
  • Is there an danger for strong nut alergy individuals?
I offer some cupcakes and cakes flavour which do not have gluten, eggs and peanuts as direct ingredients but I operate in a kitchen that handles wheat gluten, nuts, eggs, milk and other allergens so there maybe traces of these ingredients in the cakes. If severely allergic, I suggest to err on the side of caution and not eat my products. I take good care in choosing quality ingredients for the products but are not responsible for allergic reactions these ingredients may cause.
  • Are Your Gluten-Free Options Coeliac Safe?
If you are coeliac, I would feel uncomfortable advising that my gluten-free cupcakes are safe for consumption for those with coeliac disease as there could be the chance of cross-contamination because my regular cupcakes are made on the same day as the ‘free-from’ range.
